First, Cody checked us in and he was 👍😃 Xtra towels, fixed TV & very pleased 🤗 But my husband tripped going in the back door, curb too high‼️Room was damp/chair wet. Shower curtain on upside down. No A/C in breakfast area, fans too 🥵

Got your room. No numbers on door. Furniture was so dirty you didn’t want to sit in chair shower curtain was hung wrong you count help but get water on floor. Bed was comfortable. Tv was great everything was clean except what I mention. Lobby air wasn’t working washing machine would only work in heavy load. Condiments machine was tagged out of order. Ice machine was tagged out of order.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The lobby area was hot and they had the doors open and fans going. Seemed they were having AC issues but tge room was working great. This is a little older hotel but was clean and quiet.

The property was easy to find . We arrived at 1:30pm just to check out things and make sure were everything was. The red headed staff member at the front desk was rude thinking we wanted to check in early. She appeared very unkept not what I expect from a staff member at the front desk. The lobby bathroom was not clean . When we returned at 3pm to check in the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful he deserved a raise he was outstanding. The room was itself was clean the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was temperamental in room 209. The bathroom I will say needed work although clean it needs repaired. The metal tissue cover was hanging off and rusted, the toilet paper holder was rusted, under the sink nozzle was rusted, the tub/shower needs a good scrub with some CLR and comet to remove the grim.
