Carpet was older and decor was dated but very clean. It was furnished with bath and laundry soaps, shampoos and cream rinse. Property owner was good at communicating info. It was close to everything we did. We felt safe and comfortable.

Yellowstone Park Visit

Spent a great long weekend in Yellowstone with my son and his fiancé and having this property was great to come back to each night. We brought prepared food and so being able to keep things cold in the fridge and the. Reheat it in the overnight was super handy. I thought the master bedroom bed was listed as a king but all beds appeared to be queens.

This is a relatively new facility. It was clean and up to date meeting our needs with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only negative is the "parking lot". It rained a great deal of the time while there and the parking area is unpaved so we tracked in dirt and mud. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the facility, the owner's response to a minor repair and the management company.

Brandi and team were super helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. the location is spot on, 5 minutes from everything. We were travelling with a baby and Brandi and team helped us get a high chair and crib per request. The beds are a little small so I would not recommend for large people but everything else about the stay was just great!

TV and Internet are inadequate

The TV doesn't get ESPN, TBS, TNT, and many other common channels, which really is a bummer if the evening hours are planned to be filled with playoff MLB, NFL Monday night football, College Football, etc. And then the Internet/WIFI connection is constanly intermittent (cutting out), so trying to follow the games on a computer or other device means non-stop buffering and outright disconnecting/reconnecting.

Outdated Trailer

The property needs to be updated especially the floors and the pillows!! When we got there the dishes were dirty and we had to run the dishwasher. I think at one time the property was in good shape but it has not been maintained. There was dust on all the lampshades and dirt on the floor. It looked like the cleaning crew did not vacuum properly. Maybe the problem is the cleaning crew.

Great location, pleasant stay

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in August. The mobile home is very clean and comfortable. It doesn’t look much from the outside but pretty nice inside. We loved the master suite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some quick breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend it to groups of 5-6. Will definitely stay again if we visit Yellowstone in the future.

Perfect rental


This property could hardly have been better. No need for a vehicle, unless you plan to see all the wonderful things in YNP and the surrounding tri-state area. Can walk to the downtown area for groceries, dining out, huckleberry ice cream, and souvenirs. (Gas prices in W. Yellowstone are actually the cheapest we found within 100 miles.) Nicely-sized bedrooms, especially the main suite, large living area, adequate kitchen (note: the pots/pans/skillets exceeded quality of most other rentals I’ve had!) One item that did NOT appear in the description was that the main bath also has a shower! Only a tub was listed for the main. That allowed the two of us to have our own bathroom WITH shower, a huge plus. Plenty of hot water, quickly from all points in the house. AC window unit was a great perk, with high temps being well above the norm (it was remarkably quiet, too!) Absolutely GREAT communication with the property manager. Yes, I saw the reviews stating that this is an ‘older property.’ It IS an older property, so if you are looking for ‘the Ritz,’ don’t go here; go to the Ritz. The other 99% of us will be more than happy with this property. My grading of rental properties (and I’ve been to quite a few) is based on ‘my 5 Cs’ — comfort, cleanliness, convenient location, communication, and cost. This property checked all those boxes! Thank you, Kourtney, for your great communication and especially for the auto repairman recommendation when my truck’s transmission disintegrated. Your recommendation led to a domino effect of recommendations by others down the line, regarding different aspects of our transportation problems. A ‘perfect’ overall experience.

Great location but needs updates

The house is in the best location, very close to food and groceries and very close to park. The house has ample space with 3 bedrooms. The house is dated though, pillows were completely flat and unusable. Comforter seemed decade old and covers not washed. They should put clean white covers on comforter. Mattress was very old and uncomfortable. A lot if dust on furniture and runners. Couches also look old and did not feel clean. Dishes in cabinets were dirty and many pots and pans were scratched.

This property had everything we needed. Most importantly space. After traveling for several days and staying several nights as a family in hotel rooms it was great to spread out for a couple days. Good time was had by all

As others have said, don't judge a book by its cover. While the outside is not impressive, there is plenty of parking and the inside is updated and comfortable. It was convenient to get to everything in town and the entrance to Yellowstone. The notebook of menus and activities helped us identify places to go when we weren't in the park.
