Room was clean. Bathroom beyond tiny. Property fee was ridiculously expernsive - $219 for three nights on top of $172.10 for the room per night. Definitely in no way worth $245.10 per night in the peak of offseason. Read the fine print
We stayed in Cabin #2, The Loft. The layout was great for our small family. The only thing was that we could not get the TV's to work. We were able to watch a show or two the first night, but then the device said it needed to be charged. We plugged it in overnight and the next day, and the next, but it wasn't charging no matter what plug we used (straight USB or with a wall USB adapter). We could not get the second TV to turn on either. I guess this was a healthy alternative for us, to "unplug" for the time and enjoy the experience and time as a family :)
Its a real cute property and rhe rooms are very spacious. The 2 complaints i did have beds are to small and uncomfortable and the tv dir trying to relax is way to small.
It was an ok little cabin themed loft but I cannot give this a good rating. The beds are terrible. And I mean absolutely awful. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. 3 queens and each one was bad. If I owned a hotel, the #1 priority would be investing my money into comfortable mattresses for my customers. It's unbelievable that owners take profit over investing into what clearly needs to be updated. Also the main large TV was not equipped with any working streaming services, so that TV was worthless. Finally all we had was 2 rolls of toilet paper. At least keep a pack of 6 ready if you know a family is going to be staying for a few days. The main plus to this hotel is it was in town and right next to Yellowstone...the sole reason we booked it.
Last minute reservation after an exhausting day visiting the park. Rooms are cute and kitschy. Stayed in the âchipmunkâ cabin. Pleasant for the money, pet friendly, cozy, close to all the tourist stops. No contact check-in was a first for me, liked it! Easy check out. Would stay in the future.
The accommodation is beautiful and very cozy, not fancy but a perfect location for going into the park and surrounding areas. Lots of good restaurants close by. we enjoyed 3 nights.
The bed was super uncomfortable, door to the bathroom was hard to close, heater was noisy and kept waking us up in the middle of the night, you can hear all the traffic driving by , it seems to me like they put zero effort on trying to make a good customer experience, I would not recommend this place at all.
We had been on the road all day and wanted to possibly check in early. When we got to the front desk, they were very accommodating and made arrangements for us to be able to get to our cabin early. Every interaction we had with the staff was beyond pleasant. The cabin itself was very clean and well maintained. Great place to stay!!
Liked the size of the room, the checkin/out/etc display/app in the room, the little extra touches of having cutlery, plates, wine glasses, enough coffee, makeup cloth, etc.
Great place. Nice and clean. But I just rate 4.5 stars at property condition and facilities as the coffee machine didn't work well. I booked for 4 people 3 nights, but just small things like water, napkins...are not enough for 4 of us. The rest is great. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
