The breakfast had a lot of choices, including hot eggs, potatoes, meat, French toast. The front desk was accommodating. There is no pool or jacuzzi now, but there is a sauna and steam room. The location is very good. Ubers were readily available, if needed. The beds were comfortable and we had the King room with a couch, which was convenient for lounging. This is a comfortable hotel, which is reasonably priced. There are snack and drink machines.

I shouldn't have to ask for housekeeping services. It should be automatic for the price you pay. Breakfast was always cold and not all accessory we're put out, we had to look for them. Staff needs to speak English. They don't understand.

The desk in the side room was nice for meetings. It was clean, but needs updating. It's been a long time since I had a hotel room with an actual key. My real compliant was with the "free breakfast". It was a few pastries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Most hotels I've stayed in offered hot food. Had I known it was that sparse, I would've paid more to stay down the street at a place that had a decent breakfast. I even checked out early the last day because of this. Very disappointed by that.

The staff were very nice, I booked the superior room with king size bed. The room was huge and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was great, I will def stay here again in the future!!

Overnight in Westford MA

This is a very large Conference center. We were just here overnight. The room was nice sized, King bed, at the end of the corridor. Nice and quiet, just the way we like it. Breakfast was included with our room. Very nice - held in the main dining area. Good service and good selection of food.

Convenient to the highway, shopping and restaurants. The facility feels a little dated and ready for a face lift. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby and an easy 25 minute ride to the Groton Hill Music Center.

The room was ok. No blanket for the “extra” bed except for a foam sticky blanket which smelt Like mold. Food was pretty bad always cold or “out” We stayed as a team and tried to use the common area to bond and we were told we were not allowed to use the tables bc it was a liability. Bathroom door would not shut properly toilet would not flush probably. The French toast at breakfast tasted like dust gagging in some on the food. Looked like a nursing home when you walked in.The pool is indefinitely under construction. Just don’t
