The property was listed as capable of supporting up to 7 guests but the living room and dining area had seating for only four. Additionally, there was only one bathroom and the sleeping area for 5 guests was on a different floor. The HVAC system was not working well. The top floor was very warm while the lower level was very cold. However, the property is well located, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping.
We had a great time! The property was really well-maintained and was very close to a wedding we were attending, which was very convenient. Definitely recommend!
This property is a bit mislisted. It is on the backside and above a commercial building. There was commercial equipment in the back, lots of trash on the lot including piles of pallets, and construction material. Its on the side of a multilane highway so it is loud at night. It would likely be fine for older kids or adults but not a good fit for young kids. The gate code was not sent along, so we had to wait to access the property until the owner got back to me (which was within 2 hours and he was apologetic). The space itself was truly a 2 bedroom, the third bedroom with the trundle beds is essentially a closet/office space without its own access and had an open air conditioner unit with exposed wiring and ducting, making it unsuitable for children. My children had to sleep in the queen bedroom with me. The space was a bit dirty (the air filter screen was coated in dust and grime), and there were open snap trap mouse traps (in cardboard boxes to prevent issues, but still not safe for kids). There were no railings in the stairway space leading to the third floor. The door had no dead bolt, nor a modern locking system. There was a lock box on the lever door handle. A single key in a lock box which made it very inconvenient with multiple people. There was no way to feel secure in locking the house. The renovation of the space was done nicely and tastefully. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and tasteful.
