You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Little Dipper - Couples Getaway! NO AirBnB FEEs!
Newly built single level studio is perfect for a couples or business travel. Amenities include a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, induction cooktop, grill, electric fireplace, washer and dryer luxury cotton linens, and king mattress.
Filtered lake views on quiet street with plenty of driveway parking for vehicles and RV hookups (220V hookup may also be used for EV’s). Walking distance to Knotty Pines Marina, Big Cove and Lake Almanor Resorts, restaurants, and convenience store.
You’ll love the deep forest feel, but close to so many amenities. Adjoining main house (also an Airbnb and can be booked together for more space + full kitchen and laundry), but lots of space between the buildings. You have your own dedicated driveway large enough for RV + 1 vehicle and fairly flat.
Corner driveway and studio. Garages are for the other Airbnb listing, however if you need access, feel free to ask us ahead of time. Small garage attached to the unit has a grill and washer/Dryer that guests will have access too through an attached garage. Guests do have to walk outside of the unit to access the garage.
The space is your own and we are not far away if you need us. Always a message or call away. You might see other guests staying in the Big Dipper house, but you have separate spaces, parking, entrances and common areas.
Lake Almanor of course! :-) Knotty Pine Marina is walking distance. Luciano's Cucina Di Pasta, Il Lago & Carlos Mexican Food
Plenty of parking for cars and during summer you can rent bikes.
Stargazer is a shared property with the Little Dipper Studio and Big Dipper 2BD/2BA (another Airbnb listing @ https://abnb.me/8xkiOpcJblb) which can be booked together if you’d like more space and/or the property all to yourself. During the Covid outbreak we are taking extra cleaning precautions and happy to host. If you need space and fresh air this is the place. Big Dipper and Little Dipper are separated by 40 feet and a common lawn. They have separate driveways, parking, and outdoor seating. There are external cameras on walkways, garage and entrances.
A garage door opener will be provided giving guests access to the grill and the washer/Dryer.
We love dogs at Stargazer. We ask that you never leave your pet unattended, never allow them up on the furniture, and please clean up after your dog. Only one dog is allowed in this unit. If you plan on bringing more than one dog prior approval is needed and an extra cleaning fee will be charged. ($25/dog/night)
There is NO smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
Finally, since our property is in CA, we are prone to rolling blackouts. These blackouts effect power and internet. We have no control over when these blackouts occur, and while they’re short in duration, they can be an inconvenience to some guests. Most guests who experience the blackouts understand it’s temporary and enjoy the peace and quiet of this amazing property; however, if you are one that needs to be connected 24/7 with zero interruptions than this may not be the property for you. Please consider this prior to booking as there are no refunds due to inconveniences.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. We live in wild fire area so please be respectful of our rules to protect our beautiful area and property. If you’re bringing a dog, you must disclose this to us and agree to our dog rules prior to arrival. There is a maximum of 1 dog allowed for this unit unless agreed upon prior to arrival with hosts. If we allow additional dogs, there will be an additional fee of $25 per dog per night..
If you use the grill, we ask that it stays at least 10 feet away from any structure to reduce the risk of fire.
Guests are NOT allowed or permitted to tamper with or disable the Internet and security cameras that are located, disclosed, and in plain view on the property. The Internet, and subsequent wifi systems, control the HVAC, door locks, emergency generator, and other essential functions of the house and property. Tampering with any of the external cameras, router, Wi-Fi points, or Vivent panel will immediately result in your reservation being terminated and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
