Front desk staff very attentive and friendly, Houekeeping - clean room - froendly housekeeping staff. Room a little smaller than a Holiday Inn Express, but adequate. Likes; couch in room as well as kitchenette and dining space. Both shower abd in room jacuzzi bath plus fireplace. Internet works great. CON : TV is basic you cannot cast from your smartphone.

The staff were helpful, the location was ideal - just a short walk to the bus loop and bike rental, near the Olympic Rings for the Whistler 50 start and finish, and within a 5 min walk of the village - and there was a jacuzzi in our suite bedroom, which was fantastic! The kitchenette and grocery store within walking made it easy to avoid expensive restaurant meals, although if that’s more your thing, Quattro is attached to the hotel and there is a lovely bakery just around the side of the lobby. There was free tea and coffee in the lobby and the staff was kind enough to store our bags after check-out so we could get in another day of fun family activities before heading out. The pool is outdoors and the kids found it chilly in October, but there is an adjacent hot tub as well. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay.

Very central location. Has a hot tub but the pool was too cold - 27C. I would suggest to increase it to a temperature where people can use it comfortably.. 30-34? Not enough towels @ the pool/hot tub.
