Staff definitely need more training, no body was available when I checked in in the evening around 5pm and front desk said the manager is not available and will come tomorrow!? Probably when I check out? Ridiculous! the place was a bit different from what we expected, the parking limit hasn’t been mentioned in the ad and booking documents. Room was not in great condition. Overly not bad but that doesn’t worth for the price I paid.

like most places in Whistler there is evidence of wesr and tear but this place is well situated and you will soon find yourself skiing or in a restaurant. If being in the hotel is your thing then maybe look elsewhere but I keep staying in this place

Nice hotel. We did not use the pool but liked the location as it is close to everything! The only issue was that we can hear the people above us walking with their skii boots in the room.
