Location is not too far from the harbor, but the home itself smells mold and mildew, and in need of a complete bathroom remodel, mold, mildew and rotten wood along the floorboards, mold and mildew between the tiles the floors pulled up due to water damage under the tiles and the toilet seat is not attached and you fall right off one bedroom has a lumpy bed that makes you feel like you’re on a boxspring, so don’t pick the first room when you’re walking into the house. It’s very lumpy and uncomfortable.
