Quiet hotel in a new part of town

Newer hotel in a newly developed part of town. Everything was clean and beds and bedding were comfortable. There was a little kitchen but unless you brought your own utensils and cookware I am not sure how we would use it. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet room.
