We paid extra to have a one bedroom apt. with a full kitchen for a week. Although the bed was comfortable and the kitchen G.E. major appliances worked fine, the kitchen itself was ill equipped for food preparation. No toaster, mixing/serving bowls, sharp knives or vegetable peeler. The frying pan had a warped bottom that was useless on the glass cooktop. The can opener was broken and we asked for a replacement and they gave us another broken one. Very frustrating. Although we were disappointed with the kitchen, the one bedroom apt was spacious,comfortable, quiet, clean and nicely decorated.

Comfortable rooms, excellent staff.

Very pleased with our stay at the Raven Inn. Rooms were comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and responded quickly to any requests. Also liked the location. Easy to access by car, but you could also walk to downtown. Would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Whitehorse.

First time visiting in Whitehorse and selected the 2 bedroom apartment at the Raven Inn. Very nice 2 + 2 condo, 2 full bathrooms. Crystal clean inside with a nuce balcony. Close to all shopping. And a receptionist with the nicest smile... made the beginning of the trip fantastic. We were impressed so mich, we booked again on our way back from Dawson City. Highly recommended.... Thank you kindly.

Excellent - But!

Our room, as always, was excellent. But we were locked out of the hotel as you need to be buzzed in -after hours and they do not have a reliable after hours entry - the desk Staff was not present (asleep? Gaming? ) and they don’t carry a phone or have any way of knowing you are buzzing - after 15 mins in the cold he reappeared and we got in!’

This is a very nice property. The furnishings are fairly plain, but comfortable. We really like a private bedroom area. Having a restaurant downstairs was an advantage for us although the kitchen also has limited cooking facilities. We would definitely stay here again if going through Whitehorse.
