The bed was comfy, and it was very spacious. The person in charge let us stay longer in the swimming pool, and he was very attentive. The only complaint I have is that the shower drain was very slow at the time we showered.

The TV cable service didn’t work properly, front end attendant tried to get it to work properly, but it continued to fail…! I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t watch TV, at the hotel.

The manager and staff was great. Our room however was extremely disappointing. The room had a stench of urine and water damage. The carpet was lifted and rippled throughout the entire room. The extractor in the bathroom was half way sticking out, ceiling tiles in the bathroom halfway on as well. The smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag, not sure why. The curtains had some sort of brown stain on them. We first asked for a new room but since the property was full, we were offered febreeze or a refund. A refund was the clear solution.

Ok, but improvements need to be made

I had no issues check on was easy. Person at the front desk was very nice. My issues were, no working ice machine, there were zero items in the vending area. The room was fine until you got to the bathroom. They need to replace the ceiling tiles and fix the exhaust fan. Also the AC units need to be cleaned. I will stay here again because these items are not game changers but very disappointing. Breakfast was pretty good not many options.

Crappy team and hotel

Asked for cleaning of room 3 times, recieved nothing but a bag of towls outside room. They unclogged the sink, left 5 used towls on floor. Assistant manger refused to even help with check in. Bathroom ceiling fan hanging out of ceiling, stains in overhead. We brought a bunch of folks with us (30), all had same problem. Next year we will find a hotel that makes the effort.

Got rid of the omelet option for breakfast, scaled back their breakfast selections, no pantry to get pop/ food options. No pop machines in the building. Ice on every other floor. staff not happy to be there. Place looks and feels ran down. Used to stay there every year...lookin at other options for next year.
