Waiting to hear back from hotel mgmt regarding our need to reschedule visit due to massive winter storm with travel advisory. Have called property 3 times and STILL have not heard wether they will reschedule our reservation and honor our prepayment. One would think they would be more concerned with their guests safety than collecting money for an empty room.

Don't stay here. I showed up and had to wait for 30 minutes before someone came to the front desk. My child wanted to swim in the pool and it was serenely neglected and disgusting. Hot tub wasn't more than luke warm. As for the room, it was really gross. Pubic hairs on the bed, toilet and shower. The exhaust fan also didn't work. I was wearing shorts and kneeled down to get some stuff out of my suitcase, the extremely abrasive carpet in the hotel room broke the skin on my knee, it immediately became infected and further evidenced to me that the room was unsanitary and disgusting. If you stay here and are subjected to the same unacceptable occurrences, don't say I didn't warn you.

The room was clean but it smelled really bad so we requested some air freshener and it helped some. The hot tub was not working. The Elevator "Down" Button was completely missing on the 2nd floor so you had to either use the stairs or press the up button and ride up then down.
