Arrived well after the 3pm check in time only to find out our room was not ready yet and they did not have a timeframe of when it would be ready. Took at least 30 mins to even get to check in because the front desk clerk was outside on her phone taking a personal phone call then proceeded to come inside and continue her personal phone call and not help anyone. I was not even acknowledged that I was there or was even told they would be with me when they could. They just completely ignored me. Room was clean for the most part, the bath tub had some dirt residue leftover. I have never had issues at a holiday inn, but the initial experience is making me second guess finding my go to hotel for stays.

Staff was good, but the property could use some maintenance. The hallway carpet was filthy & the exterior had trash around it. The drain system in our room was horrible. The sink drained extremely slow & we had to use water from the tub to flush the toilet.
