This property is in a good location if you would like to visit the WSU campus. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans and even coffee and tea. We cooked multiple times and also liked the dishwasher!
The bathroom and laundry were also stocked with shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion and some toilet paper. The only thing we had to pick up was Kleenex, and napkins.
The house has a lot of character, some a bit creepy (the knights in armor in the hall) - it is very old with nice hard wood floors, with an updated bathroom and plenty of room for 2-4 people. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, one soft mattress and one pretty firm. Decent closet space with plenty of hangers but the rooms need a small dresser for undergarments, we just kept our suitcase on the closet floor for the items we could not hang up.
We stayed in early spring so the yard could have used a little cleanup as there were lots of leaves from fall. The weather was too cool at night for us to sit outside by the fire pit but we did sit out front during the day when it was warm.
Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend for a family visiting WSU.
