The hotel was excellent. Attention to detail was evident both in the room and throughout the entire property, with no faults in any of the room’s facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and corridor had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast felt refined and healthy. After a long journey driving across Hungary, this hotel was the perfect place to rest. There is also a small but cosy park next to the hotel, featuring a pond and beautiful roses.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel, Staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is incredible. You can get to the nice old town center of Neustadt by foot and right beside there’s a beautiful old monastery if you’re looking for some quiet time. I recommend, also with children.

Good hotel in the area albeit some small issues

Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too.

I’ve stayed here several times

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 2 years while having my new house built 12km away. The property looks good, it’s in a very walkable location. However, the property continues have have issues that shouldn’t be problematic at a Hilton. 1 - it continues to have a sewer gas leakage problem. This time we could smell it in the elevator. On 2 previous visits we could smell it in our bathroom. 2 - at 07:00 on a Saturday, the shower couldn’t maintain hot water flow. It was cold, then warm, then cold, warm, hot, warm, cold. Seriously, hot water supply for a shower shouldn’t be a problem, especially at a Hilton property. Despite the issues, I continued to visit because the other options in the city are worse. I suppose that’s why Hilton thinks what they offer in Wiener Neustadt is acceptable. But, it really is sub par for a Hilton. The house is finished, this was my last stay.
