The heat in the rooms could not keep up with the cold weather. We were cold both nights sleeping in several layers of clothing to stay warm despite the heat being set at a max of 82. Multiple families complained. The hot tubs were small, one was out of service for the entire stay. We had hundreds of wrestlers staying in the same place. The heat in the pool area did not work. I had to sit at the table in my winter coat to watch my children. The kinds female worker said the heat kept malfunctioning because of the cold weather and there was nothing she could do over the weekend. The hostess and waitstaff were terrible in the restaurant. Rude and slow. The food was decent but due to the wait staff, we only ate there one time.

The room was small and the beds were not comfortable. There was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. I was expecting something better for the price of the room. While it could be an okay place to stop in for the night, it is not a place you would want to spend time in.

The jets weren’t working that’s the main reason we got that hotel in this winters. The microwave wasn’t connected and it was hard to even plug it in so we had to move the microwave to another spot.

I didn’t realize they didn’t have daily maid service. I prefer fresh towels each day. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Prime Rib dinner at on site restaurant was excellent!
