The staff in the lobby on our day of leaving was very rude. Said we couldn’t eat in the lobby, was trying to get us out by calling transportation after we said we had called already and allowing people to skip the lines to check in while I was first in line to checkout

I stayed 10 days and out of the 10 days i only got a wash cloth 3 times. (1 at a time) Every time i asked for a clean wash cloth housekeeper give me one or none. They really need to restock wash cloths. Other then that everything was great.

The Renaissance Wind Creek was perfect! My husband & I stayed for 7 nights recently and it was beyond pur expectations. We got upgraded to a balcony room upon arrival & it was very spacious & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big & the shower was nice & large. The staff were top notch! Zahyra checked us in and was amazing! She made sure our stay was great throughout the week! Roland was great as well, always there to help in any way! He even asked how i was doing after not feeling well the previous day. The beach & pool were probably our favorite part of the resort. The beach was clean with plenty of chairs & towels. The views are incredible. I can't stay enough about the Renaissance! I would definitely stay again

The staff were very nice and welcoming and hotel is beautiful! The location is great for shopping, walking around Otrobanda and over the bridge to Punda and there’s plenty of good restaurants nearby. The manmade beach is really nice and clean with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. There’s a beach bar with servers who will bring food and drinks right over and there’s another restaurant/bar on the other side of the pool with awesome food and drinks too. We were able to rent a car at Smart Cars right at the resort to explore the island which was super convenient.

Our wonderful stay at the Renaissance hotel!

We had a three night stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort to celebrate my mother’s 89th birthday and the staff was amazing. They treated us like family and we really enjoyed our stay with all the amenities. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with a superb service and also enjoyed their amazing pool/ beach upstairs and their excellent service at the infinity beach bar and grill! We should definitely repeat this wonderful experience in the heart of Curaçao again!

Beautiful clean resort, right above a small outdoor mall and walking distance to a lot of the restaurants outside the resorts. The infinity beach is clean and not as overcrowded as most public beaches. Perfect place to relax under a palapa and watch the ships passing by. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, leaving us cute little towel animals every day. This vacation started out a bit rocky. I had a nice quiet room which I had requested during my booking, and after a rough trip from the airport, I laid down on top of the cover for a quick nap before dinner. Ended up waking to thundering footsteps and kids screeching. I thought maybe the parents would calm them down and I can go back to sleep. Nope, the parents let the kids run across their room and out into the hall. After 15-20 minutes, I went to reception for a room change. Long store shirt, I ended up 1 floor down and across the hall from my initial room.

The people were the best part of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very happy and accommodating. The location is perfect for getting across the bridge and seeing each side. The food was excellent but we would have preferred more dining options on the property. The rooms were so clean. The only critique is that the towels were very scratchy and the couch in the room was soiled and dirty.

A good location overall. Safe neighborhood with good security. Lots of high end shopping facilities. Artificial man-made mini beach on the 2nd floor is a good attraction. The shower in the bathroom needed an update. Overall a good experience.
