I transferred my reservation on thier customer service line from Williams AZ to Flaggstaff, AZ and was told I would be reimbursed for the williams reservation. When I followed up with the staff at williams they were not helpful and could careless, I then emailed the GM about the situation and he never responded, I emailed his private email and his hotel email and nothing, and in m out $200.00 for a total of 523.00 for a 1 night stay. I will never go to the Hampton Hotel again.
