Overall the property is OK. The asset could use some TLC and if cleanliness is next to godliness then we need some work in this area across the entire asset. Another turnoff is the fact it takes ~ 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower and occasionally goes from hot to freezing in a flash. A few of the staff members were very engaging then there were a couple that just seemed to be oblivious to guest. I’d give the stay experience 1.5 to 2 stars at best. The only plus was how close the hotel was to Colonial Williamsburg.

friendly staff, easy parking, clean room and well kept facilities. limited breakfast options but acceptable for a short stay. although room was spacious, the mattress was very firm (borderline uncomfortable) and walls somewhat thin to hallway conversations.

The room was spotless, as it must have been recently renovated. The room was large, and had very comfortable beds. We wished we had a mattresses at home like those on our 2 queen beds bedroom. The bathroom was very clean, and large. Breakfast was excellent every day for our 4 night stay. We complimented the breakfast hostess on how good everything was, and all very tasty. We will definitely be back!!
