Just spent a week here. The property is really nice. There are a lot of great activity here like bike rentals, pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball and mini golf. There is also an indoor activity area with a small movie theater. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are small but heated and very nice. The house cleaning comes mid week but the building have washer and dryers and provide detergent if you need to do laundry. There are also fire pits and bbqs. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

The hotel was beautiful, it was clean. The first night it was warm so the kids went to the pool. We spent almost $200 on the bistro which is located next to the pool. They don’t deliver to you, you have to pick it up. The food was expensive and wasn’t good. If I go back I wouldn’t purchase food from there, the kids didn’t even like the hotdogs. The grounds are beautiful and my kids loved the pools, the basketball courts etc. This is a timeshare, don’t expect daily cleaning service or clean towels unless you pay an extra fee they advised. That was upsetting, even though we were in a one room villa with a Washer and dryer, laundry wasn’t one thing I wanted to do. During your stay you will get a call from the concierge asking you to attend a 90 minute presentation that will earn you a $25 marriot gift card, 15,000 bonvoy points or a $75 visa gift card. I decided to go to see what it was about and they were trying to have me become a Marriott vacation club member. Great presentation and fell in love with it, seemed like a great deal and savings. We were one step from finalizing the next day and when we went back to our room we read reviews and watched YouTube’s that gave the full run down on how it worked. There’s an additional $100k that was missing from the presentation we were shown. So, for anyone who may be interested you should educate yourself before going to presentation so you know the correct questions to ask.

This was a surprisingly nice resort with plenty to do. The room spacious and the grounds were so well kept. We enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball. The location is safe and quiet.

The property location is in a area thats tranquil and isolated. The amenities cover all ages. I did not like that I prepaid and arrived late in the afternoon and had to wait for the room to be finalized. When you leave checkout is at 10 A:M . Check-in should be starting at 12 P:M. Two clock should be the maximum time to check-in.

There is a lot of construction in and around the property. We had quite a time driving around to find our apartment, with not much help from the staff. But our place was quite nice, well appointed, and clean. It was a good value.
