Worst stay in years. Not going to return. Not even close to quality of rental cost.
Pool: closed
Service: friendly but slow, marginally helpful in communicating the problems; allowed 3:30 check-in after 20 minute wait
Cleanliness: multiple cockroaches crawling around; feet "stuck" to floor
Comfort: sheets only, no bedspread; lumpy pillows; nice refrigerator; electrical arcs in microwave; great instant coffee; no breakfast or snacks; convenient location
Condition: loose toilet seat; trouble closing / locking sliding door; ice machine inoperative
Eco-Friendly: no evidence of recycle containers anywhere
Cons - We felt like there was a bait and switch. Online such a beautiful and clean room but when you get there the many of the rooms do not look like the picture and those that do are not clean & still rundown looking. The rooms with a stovetop have NO pots or pans (this should be mentioned). The sheets and towels are paper thin and vents are dirty so you are getting that dirt blown into the air. There is no longer breakfast service there.
Pros - The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
Overall it was fine. We did not get the updated version you see in the pictures. They are still doing upgrades in the lobby when you walk in. Nice staff. The people around the hotel are a bit sketchy. Just people walking up and down the halls. We only stay at Marriottâs so this was a super last minute & affordable option. For a Friday night it was pretty calm and quiet. Clearly people still smoke on property when it is a smoke free place⊠We were hardly in the room so it was fine for a quick one night stay.
Trash in stairwell, overflowing outdoor trash bins, no working elevator. No housekeeping and when we went to the front desk to ask for towels we were told there were none available and that housekeeping had left for the day and locked everything. The manager eventually came with towels after 8pm. The dog in the next room barked all night, both nights. We complained but nothing was done. We asked for a different room but were told that there were no other rooms available. We will never stay here again.
The wifi never worked which was one main reason i booked the hotel. There was food and peoples socks and shoes under the bed which clearly shows that the room wasnt clean. There was less than a half of toilet paper. No room service was offered to be able to get anymore toilet paper or towels. The guy in the office was nice but other than that the room was not great. Had to buy extra skillet and pot because i wasnt aware it was an induction stove. Would love to be compensated for the experience
The AC was super cold. The bed was a little wore out. My back was aching each morning. It was clean but i did have to kill 3 small roaches in the bathroom. I never saw any more in the other room.
Our stay was fairly decent. Clean but there was no cookwear provided for the stovetop and you could only use stainless steel pans which if they had some to loan out you would have to pay $100 deposit. They had none at that time to loan out and we didnt want to buy pans so we opted to buy microwaveable food. Staff and guest were nice but noisy early morning but over all stay was pleasant.
This is a sad, decrepit hotel, which should be torn down and replaced. We stayed for two nights, and had to move to a new room twice, due to non-functioning TV and plumbing. No exhaust fans in bathrooms. Their "hot breakfast" consists of Jimmy Dean egg muffins and a microwave. And yet, their personnel were very friendly and helpful.
The customer service was great. However the floors the room were very dirty. The blackout Curtains where Burt with wholes throughout. We killed 3 roaches during our 4pm-10:45am sleepover. But other than that it gave us a place to sleep.

LOOK LIKE SOME RENOVATION WAS BE DONE, WHICH WAS OK. THEY MADE ITSAFE FOR YOU TO WALK IN OR OUT.
