We loved the location, and the check-in and check-out personnel were friendly and efficient. That being said, there was an ugly black stain on the carpet in the middle of the dining area. Also there was something that looked like a snot or blood stain on the wall near the TV in the living room. Also, we called the front desk to ask a question about the TV. We were told she didn’t know anything about the TVs and we would need to call maintenance about that. It was fairly late at night and we 3 women did not want a maintenance man coming since we were already relaxed and in for the night. Seems like the front desk should be able to answer a simple question about the TV operation.

Front desk staff absolutely amazing! They were courteous to all guests. Couch very uncomfortable but it worked! Pool was phenomenal!!! Did I mention fort desk staff absolutely wonderful!! Great stay!

The place was very hollow you could hear every door slam you could hear conversations from other rooms. When we went into our place neither one of the or shall I say it three of the room phones? Did not work at all there's not a 24-hour staff to take late night calls people have questions or concerns or missing something from there room. there was some mold on top of the ceiling in the middle of the living room and room 18A! Did not get to experience the pool or hot tub just didn't have time too. Five stars all around for the staff who was there that helped us check in and check out during our stay and the maintenance men coming in and replacing a couple items that was missing from our rental for the weekend. Great place to stay if you have an opportunity to come to the warhill sports complex and being kind of travel or tournament type of plays a great place to stay.

The pool area is nice, the outdoor pool looks great. It was off season so it’s closed. The rooms need a major update. The carpet looks like it’s from the 70’s and not neat anymore. The beds and pillows need updating too. It’s not very comfortable.

The room was spotless & the staff were very courteous. Unfortunately, our outside door was propped open every time we went in or out. I removed the doorstop & closed the door, twice, for security reasons. Then, Sunday morning, the door was propped wide open when we went out. There seemed to be a steady flow of people coming and going from the downstairs unit & it was very noisy Saturday night. Also, there were only 3 parking spaces for the 4-unit condo, so we had difficulty finding a parking space close to our unit, for unloading the car, when we arrived late Friday night. Some of the furnishings could be updated, but it was very comfortable.

Everything was clean and in good condition. No complaints. Staff were nice and helpful. Heated indoor pool and the hot cocoa station was a hit with my little one. We’ve stayed twice and think it’s a great place for the price. Centrally located to everything.
