Good for the price

Second time here and it was overall nice for family of 6 except they forgot/ignored my request for a rollaway bed/cot that I had asked for months before. There wasn’t enough bed linens and they were slow to provide them. We had to buy a blowup bed and bed linens at Walmart. The fire alarm kept going off 5-6 times waking us up and no one even came to check it out.

Hotel room had dirty towels and improperly cleaned surfaces. Toilet roll holder disassembled. Had to call twice for replacement towels. Seems like an ok place that would have been better with better management. Clean room and towels are a pretty basic thing to provide for an otherwise decent property.

Check in was fast, and our room was ready upon arrival. The room we had was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. Unfortunately the bed itself was the worse, not comfortable at all. Other then that it was clean and id go back if the beds were changed.

Everything was beautiful. Nice and relaxing moments. Wonderful time in pools /hot tubs. Need longer hours! Adult night swimming maybe till 11pm or midnight. Think about it. No complaints. So pleasant we extended our stay.

Condo was very spacious and modern. Only thing needed is newer Tv's and bigger ones in bedrooms. Customer service was excellant anything needed they responded in less than 10 minutes and very friendly.

we were given a room key for an occupied room. We entered the room and thankfully no one was home at the time. Then we were given the wrong room key again which the manager caught before we left. Our unit had a half full bottle of lemonade on my night stand. We had no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa. It took someone almost an hour to bring them then we only received sheets. I had to ask for pillows and a blanket. We went to put the blanket on the queen sofa bed and it was for a twin. Had to call them back for the correct size blanket. Our vent in the bathroom is missing a screw and hanging down.
