I loved the space that it offered and the jacuzzi spa tub. The kitchen cabinets in the unit that i stayed in desperately need upgrading, the tv in the livingroom was peeled all around the frame and the first bedroom with king bed had the smallest tv not even average size, more like child size and the bathroom countertops are outdated. Everything else was good but i just can't give this property a full good overall rating

The safe in the room didn’t work. Also the deadbolt lock on the room didn’t work. They came on our 2nd day to fix the lock but not the safe.

Key cards stop working exactly at checkout time (10AM) so keep that in mind to avoid being locked out while loading vehicle. The property was a lot larger than I expected. The room was older, but it was a comfortable apartment style stay. The price and outdoor activities are the main reasons I would consider returning.

The line was terrible at check in counter. We went 3 min after the check in time started and waited easily over 30 min to get a room. Looks like the cleaning job wasn’t completed and one man even came back to the counter claiming his room is a mess! My huge disappointment was that hot water supply stop at certain point. 2 of us took a shower and start filling the tub to use jet bath. This was my reason of picking this place but hot water turned cold at half way and i couldn’t even use the jet since it wasn’t filled high enough. So disappointed and bever come back.

It’s a nice setup spacious 1 bedroom. The tv wasn’t working I called in to front desk was told a maintenance person would come and that never happened . I also called went to front desk To show pictures of ceiling that had some matter on Ceiling that looked nasty and was told would let management know and send someone I never heard from either party.SMH

Easter ‘25 - weekend stay Friday-Monday

My wife and I enjoyed our stay overall. The location was perfect—quiet yet convenient. Check-in was a bit rocky; it took about 45 minutes, and they initially couldn’t find our reservation. To be fair, it was Easter weekend at 8pm on a Friday. Once we had our keys, though, things improved. The staff was responsive—extra sheets, towels, and blankets were waiting on the porch the next morning. We booked a 2BR/2BA unit with a jacuzzi. It was far more space than we needed, but we chose it for the privacy. The condo was dated but clean and cozy. The safe didn’t work, and while the king bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it was fine for a short stay. I liked the pillows—my wife disagreed. Walls are very thin; we could clearly hear our upstairs neighbors’ TV and late-night activities. Bring a fan or noise machine. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped with all essentials. There was a nice dining area for six, and the fireplace—though old—still worked. Amenities were just okay. The outdoor pool was lively, but not our scene with the crowds and loud music. We appreciated the effort the staff made and the peaceful setting, but we’ll likely try a different property next time.

Stay was good. Checkin was pretty easy , didn’t receive any vip benefit though. Rooms were clean and quiet. Easy parking. Further away than expected though from sites. 15-20 min drive to busch gardens , colonial Williamsburg and great wolf lodge
