One night out of town family stay

One night stay for an out of town baseball tournament. Very nice place to stay. Would love to stay here again for a longer period of time to be able to enjoy the place more. Clean rooms and facilities. Lower level units are very convenient for unloading and loading back up. Very spacious and comfortable. Loved the jetted tub and king bed.

Dryer

The room overall was nice, but the dryer broke and they somewhat fixed it before it broke again. We had clothes we were trying to wash and the only solution was to take them to another unit and fix the dryer the next day. Well we were ghosted after that. Never got fixed before we left.

Scary, Awful Experience

I barely slept last night. Around 1 a.m., I was jolted awake by a group of about 20 young individuals in the adjacent unit, shouting, fighting, cursing, and causing chaos. They were drinking and arguing loudly. I have never encountered anything like this in my years of staying at hotels during family vacations. I was genuinely concerned for everyone's safety and even considered calling 911, fearing the situation might escalate into violence. I contacted the front desk, and while they did send someone to address the issue, the entire experience was deeply unsettling and unacceptable.

This place was awesome. It was like a resort community. Our room had a full kitchen, living room, jacuzzi tub, shower, back yard patio & 2 TV’s. All the rooms were immaculate. The staff was friendly, kind & helpful. We’ll be going back to this place someday.

This property is very nice. The suite was huge. It is bigger than our one room apartment. The bathroom was very large with a jetted tub, a shower and a 2 sink vanity. The furniture was very nice Queen Anne style. And The bed was comfy.

Great Time in Williamsburg!

The unit was very nice and clean. There were a couple lights that were either out or, after being on for a while, started blinking (LED), but it didn't bother us so we didn't say anything until we were checking out.
