It’s a nice old hotel, if you are looking for historical accommodations this is the place. Bathrooms are small, water pressure is great. Not a lot of outlets in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay there, staff and guests very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful. The breakfasts were amazing. Only two things I noted are the outlets in the bathroom are worn out. My hair dryer and flat iron did not want to stay plugged in and the window ledges need a good cleaning especially in the restaurant.

Positives: Room 827, king bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very small, but shower was fine, excellent buffet breakfast and clean outdoor pool. Negatives: couch had broken springs, had to flush the toilet twice and hold down the handle, advertised as a suite, but only had a broken down couch and a fairly nice cushioned chair, in a very small room.

Dining was excellent. Staff and service was excellent. The property was just ok. I can appreciate the historical value but the place still needs upkeep. The carpets need changing, not only in the rooms but throughout the facility. Furniture in the rooms were scratched, faucet in the sink was loose and it was hard to get cold water. I got more of a motel feel than a hotel.

This is an old hotel over 100 years old. The do have Wi-Fi but the hotel lack basic inputs to charge you phone. You need to bring your own brick to plug into 110 volt outlet. Maid service seems to be non existent. The one great thing is the breakfast. When other hotels have cut back to a minimum this hotel has full breakfast. It’s downtown so there are restaurant choices near by

When we arrived, there was only one receptionist at the desk. Receptionist's manager was out sick. Huge line waiting to check in. Once we made it to the desk, room was not ready. Had to wait for it to be supposedly cleaned. After checking in, went to room. Room was smelly, carpet dirty, toilet not cleaned, bugs on shower wall, a plastic bag was covering the smoke detector in the room. Was not happy with it at all.. After going to receptionist again, he stated he understood and informed us to get a hold of epedia and have them contact them for a full refund. We did not stay there.
