We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The staff was so nice, the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was pretty good. I'd stay again. It's very convenient to just walk across to the Ark Encounter.

Room 142 was clean and insect-free. The food was good. Continental breakfast. The television worked properly. The air conditioning also worked very well. Areas for improvement: There was a leak in the bathroom because the exhaust fan switch had been removed, and due to condensation, every time someone showered, the leak was annoying and dripped on your head when you sat on the toilet. Additionally, the bed was extremely hard, which is not comfortable for people with curves. I couldn't sleep well. The door security guard was broken The staff was friendly and respectful. They don’t enter to your room unless you give permission. Is very close to the Noah Ark encounter you can go walking. But in cold weather is not recommended. Overall was ok.

This was the nicest stay we have had in a couple years. The room was very clean and newly remodeled. They did boast sound proof rooms and they were not even close to sound proof. You heard everything outside and on the other side of the walls. Our neighbors actually hit the wall so hard it woke our whole family up and rattled the wall. Breakfast was decent. It was a great choice of juice bread items yogurt waffles and a small selection of fruit. Overall, it was a really good experience and we will stay again. Oh, the bathroom was tiny. So tiny I couldn't close the door and use the bathroom. We managed though.

Staff was very kind, room was clean. Could use a little updating ie the bathroom was extremely small but overall a very pleasant stay. The pet charge that was stated on the website was actually $5 more per night when we checked it as well.
