Our stay was ‘fine’

Our stay was ‘fine’ The front staff were friendly. The room was dated so while I think the bathroom was clean it didn’t look very clean. I had to squish 2 bugs on the floor. The AC was loud so if you’re a light sleeper that could be a problem.

This was perfect! rm on 3rd fl was great clean, good temp, no smells.. all good. The only thing I didn’t like was no Netflix opt on tv but local tv available, it was ok np.

Upon arrival there was a 20 minute delay due to a malfunction with the printer. There was no explanation or acknowledgment to the guests lining up in the lobby. Our first night was horrible. Our AC was so loud and other mechanical noises that we were not sure where they were coming from. We mentioned this to the front desk and they had a maintenance person check the AC, he replaced it with a new unit, hence the problem. Our room was clean, plenty of towels and comfortable. The breakfast was good, attendant was quick to replenish coffee.

The property was not in great condition. The hallway rugs were stained and the building and lobby were pretty run down. They did make attempts to make it nicer with a UD room filled with college spirit items. Inside the rooms the pillows were very skimpy and square like old couch pillows. There were no extra pillows at the front desk when we asked probably because everyone needed extras. The bathroom was clean though with the fake plastic shower that is installed whole. But very clean. The best part of the stay was the breakfast room with lots of options.

My stay was alright. The staff is very nice here but isn’t very clean and everything is very outdated. I went to the gym the elliptical was broken. Not enough equipment to get a really good work out.

Bed and pillow were so uncomfortably I only slept 3-4hr. Slept by the window and could hear every noise from the street. Walls were thin, I could hear above people steps and water running. Recommend to request toom in the top floor and the back of the buikding
