Room was clean, staff friendly. Deposit doubled the price of the room, and has yet to be returned. As my bank releases all funds to me once recieved, i know it has not been returned yet. The room was left clean and undamaged. I am not willing to stay here again due to this slowness.

Decent room. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Ac/heat worked. Tv worked, lost of channels. bathroom and shower was fine. Room was quiet. The blackout curtains were great. Big fridge. Lots of towels. The two big negatives were the slightly musty/old smoking room smell. Not terrible but it was there. The second was the lack of charging and outlet options near the bed.

This hotel has great bang for your buck. Big, clean room with all the usual amenities (including an iron/board). Tons of parking. Friendly staff. A breakfast with gluten-free options! I couldn't have hoped for much more out of an $80 hotel.

Rooms are nice, staff was nice (although they were having trouble with their card machine and he seemed to think it was a problem with my card but turned out it was the machine and he didn't take ownership/apologize). It's a bit far from Wilmington but it was a nice area and easy to get around.

The evening check-in staff was a young man, and he was wonderful. But the room I checked into smelled heavily of smoke, it was not very clean, the bathroom had black mold in the tiles, the bathroom floor had urine and pubic hair around the toilet. After traveling for 24 hours, I was too exhausted to go back to the front desk and change rooms. I woke up with a severe sore throat from that room. When I turn in the key the next morning, I explained the issues with the morning front desk person, they were dismissive, rude, and unfriendly.
