The room was clean. However, the condition of the hotel wasn't the Doubletree I experienced years ago. The hotel is badly in need of a renovation. The bed was comfortable; the pillows were not. It was okay for one night. I wouldn't book it again.

Noise level was low room was clean and comfortable. They were under renovations so there was just one elevator . Also the front desk shouldn’t be eating food waiting in customers

The hotel is located in a great area of the city, walkable to businesses, shopping, and restaurants. We were charged $94 dollars for food/beverage on 9/28/25 when we arrived an the Metro Cafe in the hotel was not open. We will make a formal complaint to management.

I would have given it a better score but I was charged $5.00 for an extra bottle of water (the bottles in the room were complimentary...you would think asking for an extra one at the lobby desk for Hilton Honors members would have also been free of charge or a NOMINAL charge at best).
