Pleasantly Surprised

We were with a wedding party. The hotel was very clean. The staff was super polite and helpful! The restaurant was good, the staff and management team in there were also very polite and understanding. The amenities at the hotel are great and we will be back again for a little weekend getaway! It was stated on a card in the room that the room would be cleaned every third day and towels and trashes everyday. We had to ask for towels everyday and our room was never cleaned. We were there 5 days. When I asked the front desk they said it wasn’t done unless asked for (it was still not done even when asked to). When I told her about the card in the room she had no idea it was even in there or that it stated it would be done.

A beautiful establishment. The surrounding landscape was great. Overlooks a beautiful golf course. Room was clean and modern. On site restaurant was good. Walking distance to a gas station/ convenience store.

Restaurant was closed for a private HOA party so we had to go out. This was not made known to us until we had friends come and meet us at the venue. Not a big deal but they should have kept a part of the restaurant open for hotel guests.

Hotel was very clean and front desk was great. The only problems were the toilet paper holder was loose so the paper roll would fall off. Also the AC in the room worked well but was very very noisy. I think something was off with it. I sleep deep but it might bother most people. I let the front desk know of these issues. I would still return here because it was clean and good location.
