This single-storey, detached cottage is situated on a holiday park near Troutbeck in the centre of the Lake District National Park and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.



The Space:

Wansfell View is a detached, single-storey cottage set on Limefitt Holiday Park, near the village of Troutbeck in the Lake District National Park. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture, hot tub and barbecue. Wansfell View is an ideal base for visiting many areas of the Lake District, at any time of year. Note: Electric cars are not to be charged at the lodge. Electric Charging stations are situated in and around Windermere. Complete peace and quiet stay, this site does not tolerate noisy parties. Please read Parkdean site terms & conditions before booking. PLEASE NOTE: Use of the hot tub is strictly between the hours of 10am and 10pm and failure to comply with site rules will result in guests being asked to leave. Note: Limefitt Holiday Park and it's facilities close in the first week of January and re-open for February Half Term. Note: the opening hours and availability of the onsite services will vary depending on the time of year. Lake District Lodge Holidays has no control over this, and guests should check with the park before/upon arrival for more specific information. Note: Free wi-fi is subject to registration and fair usage guidelines. Quality of connection will vary. The Neighborhood:

The small village of Troutbeck is situated between Windermere and Ambleside. The village offers a mix of buildings, some of which date back to the 17th century. The popular towns of Windermere and Ambleside are nearby and offer boat trips, a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions that suit all ages. The surrounding area is filled with scenic walks and spectacular fells, providing a real haven for outdoor enthusiasts.
