I’ve been coming here for years and spending about a night or two since early 2020. Maybe 12-24 nights a year. During this visit there was a leak in the washroom because of which the bathroom was flooded. Not so much it took them 2-3 minutes to mop it up. But later they blamed me for it and made me pay for the room below which they had to vacate due to water damage. Sounds like a maintenance issue to me. You were getting my business for 5 years that too on a consistent basis. This was definitely my last stay at the Hampton Inn. Which I would jokingly call my home in Windsor with my colleagues. Not anymore.
2 minutes after this was mopped the floor was completely dry. No idea how they can shift the blame on a customer like this.

Our stay at the Hampton was exceptional, and parking is included with plenty of spots available. The room was clean, and very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large screen tv, and a mini kitchenette, and the pool and fitness room were clean and had everything you need. The buffet breakfast was very good, and included hot options like eggs, sausages, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, muffins, all bread types, and juice. The coffee was very good, and served all day long, so there is no need to go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons. It is a short 7-10 minute drive to the riverfront and Caesars Colosseum. I will stay here every time I come to Windsor.
