This three level home in the historic (old) downtown area of Windsor was perfect for our extended family visit.Basement level had two bedrooms, bath, a large sectional sofa, and dining/game table for six. Main floor master bdrm with bath, large sectional couch seating area and table for games/puzzles, powder room, and 8 person table, plus kitchen island with bar for 4 people. Two refrigerators and double ovens. Well stocked kitchen - we cooked most of our meals. The upper floor had a large room with 2 twin beds and a queen bed (we put the kids/teens in there). Another bdrm with queen bed, and the bathroom included the washer and dryer. The main room had a Foosball Table and a PingPong table. There were also 3 twin beds in the nook areas (which we didn't need to use).Access to the backdeck off the main level. Mostly decking, but small sandy area for toddler play.There is a large park across the street - cornhole, pickleball courts, two playgrounds, plenty of squirrels for the dogs to bark at.

Locust Estate was an excellent home for a larger group of people. There were 9 of us and it was a perfect fit for us. It was in a peaceful, safe and easy to find location. There were 2 great grocery stores within a mile of the house. Many locations were an easy drive away. Such as Fort Collins, Loveland and Estes Park. There were many great mountain roads within 15 minutes of the house. The house itself was great. Lots of space and it was very well equipped for feeding a good amount of people. There was lots of seating and it had a great play area with a ping pong table and foosball. There is a very nice, well equipped city park right across the street that helped keep our 3 children entertained. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for space and an easy location for a good sized group of people.

Very pleased with the property!! Was a perfect layout for our family, adult couples each had their own bedroom, boys had a bedroom for all of them and girls had their own sleeping area. Nice living room area for the adults to hang out and play games while kids were upstairs doing their own thing!! Family had a ping pong tournament, which was super fun!! Numerous, numerous trips by the kids to the park across the street which was so awesome for them!! They enjoyed the basketball, pickle ball, volleyball and zip line. Plenty of towels for our group. Washer and dryer worked great and was used a lot!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, cookware and spices. We would definitely recommend this house, so big and clean and such a good fit for our family!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!

Great Stay

We stayed with family for a nearby Celebration of Life. The space was comfortable and had what we needed. The ping pong table got lots of use and we were able to get the gaming console working. There is a fantastic park right across the street. Although the space appeared cleaned, a deep clean would be appreciated by guests (top of fridge, water bottle stuffed in sofa, comforters washed). There appears to be construction in the adjoining property as we heard pounding frequently. Also would appreciate more outdoor furniture so the patio could be enjoyed

Lovely family weekend!

Out entire family ( grandparents, children and grandchildren) came from Wyoming and Nebraska for a special church event, football game and birthday celebration. The house was perfect!! Clean and plenty of room for all! The house was BETTER than the pictures!! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Such a great property for multiple families!

We loved our stay at this house. It is so well-stocked with everything labeled and easy to find. It fit three large families with kids of all ages. The best part is the great park and pickle ball courts directly across the street. We sat on the front porch and watched the kids (pre-teens) play!! They spent most of their time at the pickle ball courts!! It is located in a great part of town with everything you need a short drive away! We will definitely book this property next year as we plan to come back!!

Everything was just as written in the description. Good set up for our group of 12 older ladies on a golf trip. It was a last minute choice and it didn’t disappoint. The host was very responsive and quick to right any problem we had. Would highly recommend.

Birthday and Graduation Weekend

We visited area for our daughter’s birthday and college graduation. We had four couples, my mom, and my adult daughter. There was plenty of room for this group (10) and more. Lots of private (bedrooms) and public spaces for talking, playing cards, watching tv, etc. lots of kitchen space - and plenty of dishes, pots/pans, appliances, etc. Park across street was amazing and (as a pickleball family) the public courts (8) across street were beautiful. No complaints at all.

Amazing home for family gatherings

This home was perfect for large family. We had family from California, Utah, Washington, and Colorado come together for my oldest grandson’s wedding. The home was spacious and well equipped. Grandkids enjoyed the bicycles and proximity to park ( across the street). Alyssa was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. Very comfortable home and lovely neighborhood. Thank you for give no us a stress free experience. The wedding was fabulous!!!

Large three level home.

Very nice property. Well stocked and furnished. I would say there is really only 6 bedrooms. The seventh is the common upstairs area with twin beds and sofa. Still larger than we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to downtown.

Graduation Visit

The property was perfect for all of the family visiting for graduation. Plenty of space for everyone to be together when they wanted or get away from one another when necessary. The staff was very helpful in helping us access the 7th bedroom and answering any questions we had. Our only grumble would be taking the trash out. The dumpster was right behind the house in the ally but you don’t have access to the gate so we had to walk/drive it all around or throw it over the fence and then walk/drive around to put it in the dumpster.

Fun and Comfortable Home

This is a very large home! Our ages ranged from 28-69 and we played hide & seek! Ping pong upstairs was awesome! The beds, linens, towels were all very comfortable. Somethings were not where the label said, but if you look you will find them elsewhere. I wish there was a double set of silverware in the main kitchen. There were 9 dinner forks. Ceramic or glass serving bowls would have been nice as would more bakeware. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to gather and relax.

Adult siblings family vacation

We were a group of 6 siblings (all age 62 and over)....for total of 11 people. We had a great stay at this house. It is basically two rental units (one on main floor and upstairs and other one in basement), so we rented both to have six bedrooms. House was exactly as shown in pictures. Everything was in very good condition and very clean. All needed supplies (dishes, etc.) were provided. Great location...i.e. large city park directly across the street and only 4 block walk to reach restaurants and other things up town. Also, Windsor is a nice town and close to other larger cities for some day trips. Our only minor disappointment was the TVs. There are plenty of them and they work well. All use Roke/Hulu system, which is fine. However, although they have Hulu, they do not have "Hulu live". Thus, we could not access any true live shows....and were unable to watch some live sporting events that we had hoped to watch. Think it is $10/month to upgrade from "Hulu" to "Hulu live" so this might be a worthwhile upgrade for the owner to consider. Other than this minor inconvenience, THIS IS A WONDERFUL PROPERTY AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.

Property as Advertised, Big, Great Location

The house is very spacious, and provides quite a few options for family bedroom arrangements. Process was easy. We left a medication in the fridge and got a quick call from management that allowed us to collect it before leaving town!
