Clean and fun, but too much chlorine.

The hotel is lovely and clean and the room was very spacious. The pool was fun and not too crowded and the kids had a blast, however the chlorine was OVERPOWERING - made your eyes water just walking into the room. I understand the need for chlorine and the pool area was very clean and well maintained, but I wonder if there was a bit too much in there?

Regarding the hot tub in the pool area where it states that you have to be 10 years or older, during the day there was many, many kids under the age limit enjoying the hot tub. But after the shift change those same kids were told to leave the hot tub. A little consistency would be nice. Also, when our room was cleaned, several items were never replaced. Minor details but thought they should be mentioned.
