Nice room, clean. Loved the area around the hotel. But we could hear every sound from the hallway and rooms around. The heating cooling system was really loud all night as well.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant area, with the highlight being the trail surrounding the lake. The property is well-maintained and clean. The only drawback is the noise generated by the heating and air conditioning system when it cycles on and off. I stayed for only one night. Additionally, there was considerable noise from the hallway; however, I was unable to determine the source, as I was checked in late and primarily interested in getting rest. Overall, the stay was adequate despite these minor issues.

We had a great stay at The Mere Hotel in Winnipeg! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

It is literally a room and then a mini gym inside a walk-in closet sized room. 1 security guard sleeping in front. 1 person sometimes at the desk. And 1? cleaning lady. Lives up to the name "mere hotel" :)
