This room conditons were subpar and not what I have come to expect from a Fairmont Hotel. Stains on carpet, frayed and worn out carpet, dated furniture and the bathroom could have been cleaner; hair on floor. One of my pillows smelled sweaty. I expected a lot more from Fairmont especially with the room rate that I paid.

Staff is very welcoming. Valet staff always remember us by name as we stay there for Jets games as hotel is close to arena. Highly recommend clean and comfortable and very walkable.

Dated, but don't let that hold you back. The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, the bed was super comfy and the water was hot with excellent flow! Also great access downtown with the underground walkway that connects the buildings all the way to the arena. Would definitely stay again

Over priced and run down.

When my wife said that we were going to be at the Fairmont and that it was going to cost $500 for two nights. I was so excited thinking wow this is going to be a great day. Well, it was anything but great. The bathroom taps were loose. The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, and when the engineer came to fix it, it still wasn’t working, the carpet in the flooring by the door was full of bumps and lumps, there is no chair to lounging in the chair that was at the desk or table was too small for the table, and then there was the parking headaches.

The Tv table was full of dust, I had an important exam but I could not sleep since the next room was so noisy and drunk guys were walkinh around… felt so unsafein elevatoor when I was going to my room from swimming pool
