The property is perfect if you are looking for an alternative to the high prices of Legoland hotels that are nearby. It is very outdated but has a lovely view of lake. We did not use the pool while it looked quite clean.

The whole place seems neglected. The room had many issues…tv did not work, table lamps did not work, some of the towels were dirty, the floor was dirty and toilet was not even connected to the floor. Quite a shame we were looking forward to trying a new place in Winter Haven. Not not recommend staying here.

This is absolutely my favorite property for a quick little get away from stress and to relax. The staff are so kind. The scenery is beautiful. The rooms are clean and odor free as well as nice cold a/c. I stay there alone and feel very safe and comfortable! Oh…and the pool surrounded by the beautiful landscape is wonderful!
