This house is beautiful. Everything you need is provided. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Pool was awesome, fishing off the boat dock was good. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely book this house again if we stay in Winter Haven again.
First-class lodgings at an ideal location. Spacious home with quality amenities. Kitchen suited all our needs. The pool was beautiful...just be aware to request that it be heated in advance. Situated on the Chain of Lakes. We rented a pontoon board and explored the chain. Beautifully landscaped with a wonderful Live Oak tree in the back. Property manager was responsive to our needs. Made some memories here.
The house itself is beautiful and much larger than it looks in pictures. The house is located in a central location between Tampa and Orlando. It is very close to Publix and Walmart. My disappointment was not with the house. I was disappointed with the owners communication. I booked my week stay several months in advance. However, when I arrived I was told there would be new dock construction going the next several days. The construction lasted four days. The construction crew placed their hoses and generators on the old dock during construction. Needless to say not much fishing went on four of my seven days. I could have changed my booking to another week if I had been told ahead of time. My grandkids look forward to a fishing contest every year. This year was a big disappointment to all.
This home is not to be missed! The kids chased geckos, played in the lake, swam in the pool, and had sâmores at the fire pit! The home is beautiful and no detail was missed by the owners!
We booked to have an Easter spent with family and the house was sheer perfection. Something to do for everyone. The little kids loved swimming in the pool and the spa and fishing on the âbeachâ by the lake. Our in-laws rented a pontoon boat for cruising around the lake and the dock was perfect. The host was responsive and available for any questions we had and the kitchen was completely stocked for us to host Easter brunch and make Easter dinner! We will definitely be looking to stay here again for family get togethers and maybe a trip to legoland too!
It was the perfect blend of cozy, nostalgic and beautiful. The lake view is amazing, we even had a family of adorable otters come to the dock and pay us a visit. There is plenty of room for a family to spread out or play games. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needed amenities and the location is central to all our needs. Wonderful communication with our host Ryan. Looking forward to future visits!
We were a family group ages 6-76, there were 9 of us. The home is huge, plenty of room for everyone, many areas to get together for family game nights and also spaces to just relax alone . A few minor issues came up and Ryan was wonderful. There was constant response to our request. He even went the extra mile to mail back a few items we left behind!
The home was very interesting with plenty of room for our family of 8. There was a beautiful pool and plenty of games to keep the little ones entertained. Would definitely stay here again.
The property is very well maintained. There is a pool that is a bit larger than a lap pool, but the lake is the most peaceful part. It's a nice location and private for the most part. We did try to have our daughters college softball team over for pizza as it's a great location with a lot of outdoor space and seating. Unfortunately that was turned down. It's unfortunate as it has a lot offer. Overall a nice property, but a lot of its just 2 people and of you aren't going to use the house, pool etc do to daily schedule. The welcome guide has recommended food places. We visited 2 of them and both were great!
