Welcome to our condo at Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1407.
This renovated and lovely ground floor 1 bedroom condo offers an ideal location at the base of Winter Park Resort for ski-in/ski-out access, hardwood flooring throughout, private deck and on-site amenities to make your stay memorable.
The entry of the unit offers a bench and small storage spot for your coats and footwear. The cozy living room has a contemporary color scheme that accentuates the modern and comfortable furnishings for you to relax and enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen television and easy access to the private deck to enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a day of fun filled adventures in the area. There is also a ceiling fan to help cool the room during the warmer summer months and sofa sleeper for extra guests.
For dining, there are four spots at the breakfast bar area in the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen features tiled flooring, newer appliances, granite countertops, custom wood cabinets and an open view to the main living area.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed for a good night’s rest. The main bathroom is situated in the main hallway with tiled flooring, renovated vanity and tiled shower/tub combination.

Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private deck, gas fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning.

Parking: Parking here is $3 per hour or $30 per day if you leave your car in the garage. It starts over each time you leave. Guests will use their room key to scan at the garage and pay each time they exit in the underground parking area.
