This property was wonderful! It has an easy check-in and checkout process, and the room was wonderful. Conveniently located to the town of Winthrop, but not right in town which was nice so we were able to get great sleep.

Very clean and cute boutique motel at withrop! Deer sighting in the morning was a very pleasant surprise! However, there is a rule that anyone younger than 14 cannot stay upstairs room, not sure what the rationale is…one of the kids is a tween so we stayed on the first floor room. If noise is a problem for kids younger than 14, then I have to say that the sound insulation between floors and rooms are not very good. Instead of my tween making noise, we were woken up by early risers upstairs…

We LOVED our stay here. The room was beautiful with spectacular views off the deck. Self check in was so easy and the property owners are SO nice! It's an easy bike ride/ walk into town. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone! :)

I'm so glad I chose to stay here. The owners went out of their way to accommodate me as I had been on the road many days so I was plenty tuckered out. In a great location if you like being just off the high traffic town area. Was impressed with how clean my room was, and by the care that was taken to build and decorate. Should I travel that way again, I will definitely make a point of staying here again.

A great quiet retreat at the end of a day in Winthrop. Spacious well appointed rooms, with covered balconies on the second level a nice bonus to the stay. The location is on pretty backyard path away from the highway, within easy walking distance from both Winthrop Rink and the bustling Winthrop downtown. Daily sightings of deer on and near the property -- and some beautiful surroundings. Owners and staff are very welcoming and responsive to specific asks or changes in plans. Recommended!
