Been coming to this hotel but this last time my stay was horrible. First night the tv didn’t work, sliding door for balcony didn’t lock, hot tub Jets didn’t work, there was an altercation in the room above mines had to call the lobby at 2am. Was unable to sleep. Ask to speak to a Manager still to this day haven’t heard from anyone will not be returning. Need major upgrading.

I’ve been staying here for over 15 years and this is the only time I’ve ever had a complaint! I waited over 13 hours and 4 calls for towels and cups. The pool closed at 9 and I didn’t get my tickets that have always been included. Place has really went downhill! I had people kicking my door and running away, scared me and my daughter to death. Restaurant was never open. It was just terrible. Used to be my favorite hotel for many years but the new owners ruined it!

Underwhelmed to say the least

We don’t travel a ton as a family of 5. It’s a special treat. When we do, we don’t expect 5 star service. But, we do expect simple amenities, like warm water and a TV. Both of which we didn’t have.
