We made a last minute reservation and only the Master Suite was available. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. We had a comfortable night’s sleep and enjoyed the free breakfast, which was very good.

This was horrible. I had booked weeks in advance. Tried to call several times to confirm. No answer and when we arrived no one was there to answer the door or phone lines either!

Beautiful view of the river from breakfast area.Good breakfast. Room was nice but showed a bit of wear. Did not realize microwave, coffee not in room but in downstairs kitchenette. No decaf coffee and no tissues to be found anywhere. Spray nozzle on shower was broken.

Stayed in the master suite. Very quiet and nice place to stay. However the room got cold at night since we stayed in the middle of January and the temps were -15 below zero. They had a portable room heater in our room but it couldnt keep up. Would be very ideal for warmer weather.

Front desk was so kind and professional at check in. Didn’t realize we were staying in a motel and not a bed and breakfast type house. It was so loud. People hanging outside our room door smoking and partying at 3am and then at 6 am another neighbor was making a noise that sounded like a medicine ball being thrown at our wall till after 9am. Although the room was clean, it looked nothing like the pictures online.

This was my first time staying at a small boutique style hotel and it was okay. There was no air conditioning and it was a hot night. The walls and everything were thin so we could hear every conversation or step being taken in the halls. Had to kill several bugs at night. The positives were the relaxing jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which was really nice after a long day and the hot breakfast in the morning. I would consider coming back to stay but probably in one of the nicer rooms and in colder weather where I don’t need air conditioning.

Autumn Awesome

The inn is quiet and relaxing. The older buildings are nearly sound proof. Views of the fall colors, the river, and nearby park made it seem like a cabin. A full breakfast is included on the weekends. The buildings are older, so electric outlets are few and far between, but everything was clean and in good working order. Will stay here again.

Our unit had ladybugs constantly coming in through the windows & the outside door. Our fridge also had a really bad smell & didn’t even turn on. We went to the office to ask for help & the fridge still did not work at all.

The person who checked us in was very polite and made it very easy to get checked in. Also, provided us with direction of where we wanted to go. The room smelled unpleasant, the stairs to the room are kind of steep, there were bugs in the room, the floor was very dirty. I walked on it bare foot and had to wash my feet before I could put on my shoes and the bed was very uncomfortable.
