The most likeable thing about this hotel is the staff. Lovey people, went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hotel could definitely do with an upgrade though, especially for business travel stays. Brilliant for on site parking.

Place very dated, should be classed as a Motel, very basic, room cleaned and towels changed once in 7 days, had to change rooms after the 1st day, as electrical heater not operating and kettle faulty, unable to open curtains as viewed by car park.

Arrived and seem to take an age to check in.... Then got to the room and an immediate power cut. Not the hotels fault, and took over an hour to get back on. Manager was very apoligetic. TV in a real stange place, bathroom was clean and looked refitted but...low quality fitting... strange! All worked ok, Kettle was corded, which meant i needed to take it all to fill it with water. Bed was clean and comfy and once the heater got to temp not too bad.

The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the shower head and toilet bowl were dirty. Both these things ought to be spotless in a hotel, if they have cleaners then they are not doing their job properly!! The room was set for one person when the booking stated 2. We asked for another mug but didn’t realise about just one large towel until we had a shower and at that point just shared as unable to contact the desk unless we walked over to them. The price was cheap but even so cleanliness should still be a high priority. I would stay there again as when your budget is low there aren’t too many choices.

Booked very last minute as stayed 4 days away for work. Advertised as having a restaurant but then got a message after booking saying was closed. I called up and asked to see if could cancel as booked non refundable, told no. Stayed in room for 4 days, in the time no cleaning, no new towels (room had 1 bath towel only) and room was still dirty. Really poor and whilst I appreciate renovating, no excuse to leave the rooms with broken curtains; lights with no bulbs in.
