Decent room.

Manager was initially very rude when I called to advise that we were delayed due to flights. He changed his tone once called out for it. We scanned the room before settling in and all was good. The room was decent. It was clean and comfortable. Please always check the beds, other family members had bedbugs and was not refunded.

No service but charged

I did not get the stay due to limited check in options however they still charged for. Hotels.com did not help as well, I was unable to get the refund for something I did not use because of them. Crocks work7ng with crocks hand in hand...customers pay for as usually.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The beds are very hard, internet is poor, in and out all the time so no tv in the evening or news in the morning. Rooms are dated but clean. No food options close, need to travel into Woodstock. The area is beautiful and the people are wonderful. Basic hotel.

The bathroom is dirty, the show we cures in is as fil. Stains everywhere on the carpet. Funny smell I wasn’t expecting a lot since it a motel and the price. Wish it could be cleaner
