The Lincoln Inn was in a great area outside of Woodstock. The grounds are beautiful, and a covered bridge is only a short walk from the property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Very quaint, rustic inn. We had an issue with our air conditioner when we checked in and they responded immediately and fixed it. This may be on the hotel website but there are NO televisions on the property - if that makes a difference to other guests. Short drive out of the hub bub of Woodstock
Room was clean, breakfast was good, and inside of inn was nice. But for almost $500 a night, we expected more. Entry was a dirt lot right off a busy highway. No gate or potted plants to separate it from the road. There were 2 mums on the porch, and there no walkway to the river. Simple collection of bright mums/pumpkins on the porch would make a huge difference. String lighting across the house as well. A walkway down to the river would prevent muddy shoes.
The location was great--it's a short drive to Woodstock downtown but away from the bustle and the traffic. The Inn is by the river so the view is fantastic. Overall the Inn had a very relaxing vibe which we really enjoyed. Our room seemed to be newly renovated. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We'll definitely stay there again!
It was a charming little place, but the stay was very expensive for the amenities available. The continental breakfast was good. I did not like that the doorframe to our room was broken and there is a big gap so anyone can see into the room. It would have been nice to have a TV since everything shuts down early in this sleepy little town.
Beautiful scenery and the cutest wooden bridge down the road. The Room size was smaller than expected. But everything was clean and staff was very kind.
The Lincoln Inn sits on a beautiful property, and even though we could take advantage of the firepit due to a ban on fires in the area, we enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the early evening. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Wished we could have had a TV although we didnât mind too much. The amenities in the room, however, was sparse. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, and the coffee was delicious. All in all, a decent place to stay.
Freshly made breakfast with assortment of breads and scrambled eggs. Multiple breakfast beverages too. It's a beautiful, historic inn setting, within 75 yards of a covered bridge.
