On behalf of the Hampton Inn Marlborough, kindly accept our sincere apologies for not giving you the high standard of hospitality, which is the general norm of our hotel. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you because of this. I have followed up with my staff members on this specific situation and have put additional measures in place to assure this will not reoccur for you or any other guest.
