The staff was pleasant. The breakfast looked nice. I loved the water cooler and also that there was a fridge in the room and shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I didn’t love the stains on the carpet. The air in the room was stagnant and had an odor and we couldn’t get any fresh air since the windows wouldn’t open.

The room was empty, had a microwave a fridge a bed a tv no dresser no closet no phone in room. There was so much traffic in the hallways at all hours if the night. No phone in room to call n complain. Paint smell was strong, AC wasnt working and was dirty, shower head had build up of mold and floors were dirty, fridge didnt work and had old moldy food inside. People in n out of rooms and door slamming at all hours if the night.

Room had numerous stains of questionable origin, the TV barely worked and couldn't sit upright. They had a desk that you could conceivably use a laptop or eat at, but no chair to sit in, so it's essentially useless.

I stayed at LaQuinta a couple of years ago. Convenient to everything, reasonable rates. etc. However, things do change. The staff is welcoming, however, the hallway carpets are filthy, carpet in my room was filthy and the room had a terrible moldy smell! When I awoke in the nite I noticed a roach going across the wall! Then, another! After I captured them, I turned them into the desk as I wanted to immediate leave (midnight!) I had no place to go but made out somehow between 24 hr places that were open. I couldn't drive 3 hrs home as I had medical appointments the next day! So disappointing for my so-called "day away!" Looks like Corporate has not made a visit to LaQuinta!

The room was run-down, the carpet was dirty, the curtains were torn, the refrigerator was full of ice, and the bathroom was a bit dirty. It needs attention. The service and staff were good.

The hotel needs an upgrade. It is obviously on the older side so some renovations are needed. We had an issue with the drainage in the bathroom sink and shower that had to be reported. The staff fixed the issue temporarily. The breakfast was lacking from what I am used to from La Quinta.

Clean, very comfortable bed, quiet. Great parklike area to walk dog with waste collection bins. TV didn’t work at first but desk clerk was able to reconnect a plug that had become disconnected. Very comfortable stay. Very helpful & pleasant staff woman in breakfast area to help with anything that may need refilling. The BEST hotel coffee I have ever tasted and I have traveled at lot and coffee is important to me. The $100 deposit was a surprise. It should have been mentioned in the Expedia written description. It was immediately refunded when we checked out. Too nice a hotel to be only 2 stars. We will definitely stay at a La Quinta hotel again.
