On accessing the apartment there is a spacious entrance hall.

Kitchen area -
This new kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. The washing machine and dryer are in the communal area on the 1st floor.

Living/Dining area -
There is a comfy sofa bed that would be suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children and a smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a dining table and chairs and a coat rack.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a King size bed, it includes a large large wardrobe unit and a dressing table.

Bathroom
In the bathroom there is a W/C, shower and hand basin.
