Beautiful property with lovey garden and courtyard Food was nice from the sportsman’s bar Staff professional and friendly Rooms maintained everyday and whole place was very clean Hire a car if you come here, taxi firms can cost a bit and most have a minimum £20 charge. Example: from hotel to start of Malvern hills was £45, to train station it’s £15 unless private firm then it’s £20. The bad: fire alarm did go off for 2 nights, doubt it’s a regular thing, just bad luck. Phone signal is terrible, you seem to have signal but it doesn’t work and it goes in out, tested on my mobile WiFi router and it goes from full strength to 0 every 5 seconds?. Same all of Worcester. Couldn’t use our chrome cast because of it. Would have been 5 star if not for the fire alarm waking us up.
