The room was technically clean but sooooo old and dated. Smelled terrible, so glad I brought Febreze and scented candles. The vanity was tiny and everything in the bathroom was ancient, stained and icky despite being clean (stained tub, scratched sink/tub) and tiny NoSee'em bugs were in every room. On the bright side, the linens and towels were clean, the restaurant was FABULOUS, and the staff we met, Vanessa, Kenny, and Chad were fantastic and the bed was comfortable.

My husband tripped on an outside step and injured himself. when I asked front desk staff for a large bandage, the staff person could not locate one in her first aid box and went to a back area to find something. I was given unwrapped gauze so I don't know how sterile that was, but to not have first aid supplies within immediate reach was ridiculous. The room keeping staff were super great!

I loved the hot springs next to the pool, but I did not love my room. It was set up weirdly and had almost no furniture in it. Not anything to put stuff on, and the microwave was perched precariously on top of a very small fridge, which was on the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. And the breakfast was good.

It’s a property that is clean, but shows its age. I preferred to eat at restaurants in town for more variety than was available at this restaurant.

The staff was very nice but the condition of the room was bad. Mold in the bathroom was gross. The whole hotel is old and needs a major renovation. The food in the restaurant was sub par. Iceberg lettuce salad?

This place is located in a state park….with free-roaming bison a short drive away! The hotel itself is interesting with lots of the owners hunting trophies around… and lots of pictures…we ate dinner and breakfast there and it was all good :) the service here is the best…special thanks to Carla who helped me with a coffee project this morning!!

Unfortunately, the hotel is in poor shape. It’s in disrepair. There were several things that were not working and through equipment or items that did work were very old and felt unsafe. They tanning bed was in a room that didn’t feel clean so I didn’t use it the hot tub sauna outside is old and cracking. The place has not been taken well care of unfortunately, and it was uncomfortable in many ways. We were really disappointed in what we found when we got there after seeing the pictures.

Great spot in town and not far from anything. Enjoyed the pool and hot springs! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and I loved the surrounding area. Very tranquil and serene, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town to make you feel like you were in an oasis.
