Our overall experience was not a good one. The house a/c was not able to maintain any temp below 81 degrees almost the entire time. I understand it has been a hot summer, but then you need to let the renters know ahead of time to expect a hot house. Because the house was so hot, the freezer could t keep our items frozen. All frozen items were soggy and soft and we lost all of our icecream that was total liquid. No desert for the entire trip. Lastly, they were aware of WiFi issues before we got there. Instead of ensuring the wifi was up and running when they got there, we ended up spending the entire first night trying to figure out how to reset and reconnect to their wifi. We never could get it to work which meant no family movie night the first night which is something g we always enjoyed doing on vacation. All in all, with all of the problems that started literally from the minute we got there I just have had over 25 or more phone calls or text messages to/from Innsbrook people. I spent almost the entire trip having to communicate back and forth to tech people, a/c people, and more Innsbrook staff. It was exhausting and all of it avoidable.
